Tony Balsamo is the founding pastor of Integrity Church. It is his belief that the local church is God’s greatest project on the earth and he couldn’t feel more blessed to serve as one of the pastors in one of the greatest of churches and alongside such a phenomenal team!! In addition to serving at Integrity, Tony serves as the Church Multiplication Director for the Eastern District of the EFCA and serves on the EFCA National Church Multiply Team. Additionally, Tony serves as an adjunct professor at Masters International University of Divinity where he earned his Masters and Doctorate (D.P.Th). He loves to preach the Gospel of Jesus, train young leaders, help plant churches and see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel! Only second to Jesus, Tony’s greatest passion is his family! He married the love of his life, Laura in 1996 and loves spending time with her and their four sons, Joshua, David, Jonathan and Gabriel. He loves being outside, hiking, camping, motorcycle riding and reading.

Tom Lauben has had the privilege of serving as a pastor at Integrity since 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Ministry degree from Masters International School of Divinity. Tom is passionate about seeing people worship the Lord through music and any activity that encourages them to grow in their knowledge of and love for God. Tom is married to the love of his life, Diane and enjoys spending time with his son Artie and his wife Leah (the daughter he always wanted:). He enjoys camping, mountain biking and anything to do with music and technology.

Frank Summers was honored to join the Integrity staff in January of 2017. He has been involved in various ministry positions over the past 40 years. He is married to his amazing wife, Lucy. They have four sons, Matthew, Philip, Daniel and Justin. His oldest son, Matt and his wife Rachel have blessed him with three awesome grandchildren. Frank has a passionate desire to see the lost found, the weak strengthened, the growing cared for, and the mature serving.

Taylor Drenzyk loves Long Island. He loves its people, rich history, and the diverse representation of God’s Church on it. Taylor loves Jesus, and hopes to spend his whole life in greater and more joyful submission to the Lord. Taylor has had the honor of being a pastor since July 2017 following a year long internship focused on young adult ministry. As a pastor, it’s Taylor’s heart to see the people of Long Island transformed by the gospel and discipled so that they bring Jesus into their communities, jobs, schools, and creative pursuits. Taylor enjoys participating in creative endeavors, playing with his dogs, and is a lactose intolerant lover of cheeses.
